📜 Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and using Automate365’s script generation service, you agree to the following terms an
1. Pricing and Feature Updates
Automate365 reserves the right to modify the pricing structure at any time in response to new feature releases, enhancements, or changes in product functionality. Notice of such changes may be provided but is not guaranteed.
2. No Refund Policy
All token purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or partial credits will be provided under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.
3. Binding of Script Generation
Generated test scripts are specifically bound to the ZIP file or Dynamics 365 solution name provided to the engine at the time of generation. Scripts are intended for use only within the context and scope of the original metadata used during generation.
4. Environment Use Restrictions
Generated scripts must not be executed in any live production environment. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all test automation is conducted within a secure, non-production environment that does not contain sensitive or operational data.
5. Modifications and Script Version Control
You are permitted to modify the generated Python scripts for your internal use. However, if new scripts are generated later, it is your responsibility to manually merge any prior modifications ("deltas") into the newly generated scripts. Automate365 is not responsible for preserving or integrating custom changes across multiple script generations.
6. Intellectual Property
All underlying logic, engine code, and delivery mechanisms of Automate365 remain the intellectual property of BB Technologies. Generated scripts are licensed for your internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or repackaged.
7. Limitation of Liability
Automate365 and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the generated scripts, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or unintended interactions with Dynamics 365 environments.
8. Service Availability
While reasonable efforts will be made to ensure uptime and reliability, Automate365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the script generation service. Planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily limit availability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
